What's the difference between a course purchase and a membership?
A course purchase gives you access to that specific course. A membership is a recurring subscription (billed monthly or annually) that gives you ongoing access to membership content for as long as it's active.
-
How does membership billing work?
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing [email protected] — cancelling stops future renewals, but you'll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
-
How do I know if a course is approved for CE credit in my state?
Our courses are approved for CE credit in Texas. The following states offer reciprocity, meaning the credit is pre-approved there as well: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming.
-
What if my state doesn't offer reciprocity?
California, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia do not currently offer reciprocity. You may need to submit the course to your state board yourself for individual approval.

What is your refund policy for on-demand courses and memberships?
On-demand course purchases can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you've completed less than 20% of the content and haven't claimed a certificate or CE credit for it. Membership fees are non-refundable for any partial billing period — cancelling stops future charges but doesn't refund the period already paid for.
